As writers ourselves, we believe that all pieces of writing are labors of love, and we want to honor the effort you put into them. ![]() TINGE is edited by the graduate students of Temple University’s MFA Program in Creative Writing. In general, our reading periods are from January 1 to March 1, and/or September 1 to November 1, but these may vary slightly on occasion. TINGE Magazine is published once or twice a year. We aim to publish work that defies or interrogates conventions of form and genre. Our preference is for pieces of exceptional literary quality. We seek pieces that linger for hours after we’ve read them-that tinge the trees and the sky, and the way we view each other. TINGE Magazine is looking for fiction, nonfiction, and poetry that is honest, affecting, and revelatory.
